Quality board
Two students per course who pass feedback to the study board while the course is still running.
CBS asks for a course evaluation at the end of each course. That helps next year's students, but it can't change anything while you are taking the course.
The quality board solves that. Its members usually run a mid-course evaluation, and you can contact them if you think something in a course could be better.
Example
Study Café was added to Microeconomics mid-course because of feedback through the quality board.
